Finished in 2015 - designed to blend into its natural environment.
 

Building biology principles to guarantee a healthy living environment:

  • Steel frame with timber for structural elements, 40 cm off ground for air ventilation
  • All walls outside and inside made from timber - no VOC's from gypsum walls
  • Timber flooring
  • Cross ventilation through fully screened louvres enabling constant breeze
  • Maximising of natural light through panorama windows
  • Water supply from the spring with a filter system at the intake as well as at the house
