Where it is never crowded

The properties are located near a number of beaches - some of them as close as a 10 minute drive.

"Rocky Point"  is our favourite beach, where we like to take the dogs for a run. It is also one of many excellent places to launch your boat from the jetty and head out to the nearby islands & the reef. 

If you're a boating enthusiast, Newell Beach is receiving a $3.2 million boat ramp that is projected to be completed by mid 2022.
